Town of Ponoka utility bills are comprised of water, sewer and solid waste services.
Utility bills are charged monthly and are typically sent out in the middle or at the end of the month. Payments are due 20 days after bills have been mailed out. To view options for how to pay your utility bill, please visit the Pay a Bill page.

If you need to apply for a utility account, please contact the Town by email at utilities@ponoka.ca or phone the utilities desk at (403) 783-0111.
Please note: Utility accounts must be placed in the property owner’s name. When applying for a utility account, please ensure the name on the utility account matches the land titles document.
