The Town’s Strategic Plan represents Town Council’s vision and priorities until 2027. It is an action-oriented plan that lays out bold but achievable objectives and goals.
In the spring of 2023, Town Council and Administration held a two-day planning session to review and update Council’s Strategic Plan to determine what changes should be made to address current needs in the community.
The result was the Strategic Plan 2023-2027 document, which outlines four Key Areas of Focus as strategic priorities:
- Investing in Infrastructure and our Environment
- A Vibrant Community
- Growth and Economic Health
- Effective Leadership and Advocacy
This Strategic Plan is a result of what Council has heard from the community and provides a path forward for the Town to continue building a strong future over the years of this Council and beyond.
