The Land Use Bylaw is the key tool used to regulate and control the use and development of all land and buildings within the Town of Ponoka. It categorizes all titled lands by District; each with its own prescribed uses, regulations and standards to be complied with.
Land Use Bylaw 453-21 governs, among other things, the development permit approval process and all land use rezoning applications.
