Development Permit Application Decision Appeals
Development Permit Application decisions may be appealed to the relevant appeal body - either the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) or the Land and Property Rights Tribunal (LPRT) - within 21 days of the decision date by providing written notice with reasons and the required fees to that appeal body.
