The Legacy is a 32-foot monument in the middle of Lions Centennial Park (Highway 2A, just north of Highway 53).
The statue was built in 2004 to celebrate Ponoka’s 100 year anniversary.
The Legacy is dedicated to the strength of the pioneer families, the vision of the founding fathers and community residents.
