The Town of Ponoka has a Code of Conduct Compliance Plan outlining the obligations and responsibilities of the Town in accordance with the Code of Conduct Regulation.
Citizens can submit complaints of non-compliance with the Code of Conduct Regulation to the Town of Ponoka, the Alberta Utilities Commission or the Market Surveillance Administrator. The Alberta Utilities Commission and Market Surveillance Administrator are independent of the Town of Ponoka, regulated rate suppliers and affiliated providers.
