Temporary Road Closure in the Co-op Subdivision Postponed Until Later This Week

A temporary road closure planned for the Co-op Subdivision has been postponed until later this week due to equipment availability. Once details are confirmed regarding which day the road closure will happen, they will be shared on the Town of Ponoka website, social media pages and the Town app.

The road closure is scheduled to happen on 51 Street (between 64 Avenue and 65 Avenue) as crews conduct sewer line maintenance (weather permitting). The road closure will remain in place until the work is completed.

During this time, citizens are asked to please avoid the area if possible. Motorists are reminded to please drive with caution around work crews and observe road signs and barricades.
