What if I don’t agree with my assessment of my property?

To dispute the assessment value of your property, please contact the Town’s Assessor, Riley Koss at Wild Rose Assessment Services, by phone at 403-343-3357 or by email at riley@wildroseassmt.com. For information on how to appeal and file a complaint, please click here.

The deadline to dispute your property assessment is July 31. (Please note you can only appeal your property assessment, not your taxes. Taxes will still be due in full by the due date).
