The Municipal Development Plan is a long-term strategic Plan for managing growth in our Town. The MDP sets the vision on how to accommodate this growth responsibly and serves as an important decision-making tool for Mayor and Town Council, administration, and stakeholders.

Area Structure Plans (ASP), Area Redevelopment Plans (ARP), and Outline Plans are prepared to provide an overall framework for development objectives such as rezoning, subdivision and development or redevelopment for an area of land.
