Planned Power Outages Scheduled for April 7 in Ponoka

Temporary power outages are scheduled for the Riverside area in Ponoka on Tuesday, April 7 (weather permitting) for electrical maintenance at the following locations and time periods:

10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. 

  • Properties north of 35 Avenue, between 46 Street and 47 Street.

1:15 to 2:45 p.m. 

  • Properties south of 35 Avenue, between 46 Street and 47 Street.

2:45 to 4:15 p.m.

  • Two properties north of 36 Avenue and east of 46 Street; and
  • The Ponoka Golf Course Maintenance Building south of 36 Avenue and east of 46 Street.

Please note that not all properties in these areas will be affected. Please see the maps below of the affected properties. Please click on the images to enlarge the maps.

April 7 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

April 7, 2026 from 1:15 - 2:45 p.m.

April 7 from 2:45 to 4:15 p.m.

Affected properties have been notified by hand-delivered notices. Please check your front door or mailbox for a notice if you are in the affected area.
